#The scooby doo show series
The Scooby-Doo Show is an animated mystery series for children. In some cases, the character is actually represented by an animated drawing such as in the case of Don Knotts. As an animated series, the characters which appear in each episode revolving around the mystery at hand, are often voiced by well known celebrities. The format of the show is designed to engage young viewers into the act of problem solving by presenting them with clues and suspects. These specially formulated dog treats seem to kick Scooby into high gear where he losses his fear and often ends up solving the case.
An additional element of fun is added when Shaggy gives Scooby one of his Scooby snacks. They come across various clues in their search, which they discuss as they try to tie them all together. The show revolves around the interactions the teens have with everyone associated with the place or person they are investigating. Sometimes an object is stolen or sometimes a person is missing. In each episode something occurs which seems odd and the group of teens come in to investigate.
Velma is the brains of the group and often works out complex problems using clues to solve the mystery. Fred is a serious minded character who usually drives the van they take to different sites around town. The teens who make up the group of mystery hunters are Fred, Daphne and Velma. The interactions between Scooby and Shaggy add comedy to the series, which helps to hold the interest of young viewers. The two often end up in spooky caves or mansions where they cower underneath tables or hide behind curtains. Scooby's best friend is an equally cowardly teenage boy named Shaggy. Scooby is part of a group of teenagers who solve mysteries in their spare time.
This cowardly Great Dane often gives responses by speaking with a strange rolling accent. The lead character of Scooby-Doo is actually a dog who seems to understand what people say.
